This is the last exercise therapy for hip pain!
This will be a menu of hip exercises while using the same core we used in the previous session.
I will introduce two types of exercises: crab legs and clamshells.
First, let’s start with the crab legs.
Lie on your back, knees at 90°, and bring both knees together.
From there, open your knees outward. Make sure that your back does not float at this point. It is OK if you can feel the force against your buttocks.
Next is the clamshell.
This is the same movement as crab legs, but you do it lying on your side.
Lie on your side and bend your knees 90°. Open your knees upward. At this point, be careful not to fall backwards as you open your knees.
How was the installment on hip pain?
The exercises I introduced are just a few of them. If you come here, we will check your condition and provide you with a menu that suits each individual patient, so please visit us!
