Exercise therapy for shoulder joint pain ②
Today, I would like to introduce another effective exercise regimen for improving shoulder joint pain.
Shoulder pain is more likely to occur when the shoulder is elevated, Scapler is rolled inward, or the posture is hunched. Therefore, I will introduce an exercise to turn the shoulder joint outward (external rotation).
Lie on your side, both knees in a bent posture, upper elbows bent 90° and a towel between your sides.
Turn the shoulder joint outward as if you were bringing your fist upward.
It is OK if you can use the muscles behind your shoulders! Try to do 20 times a day!
