Exercise therapy for shoulder joint pain ①
We will now begin to introduce the exercises necessary to improve shoulder joint pain.
In the state of poor posture discussed in the previous blog, movement of the shoulder blades becomes poor, easily causing shoulder joint pain. Therefore, for this exercise therapy, I will introduce a menu that produces movement of the scapula and thoracic vertebrae.
Get on all fours and assume a posture in which your hands are directly under your shoulders and your knees are directly under your hip joints. A straight posture from head to hips is the starting position.
From the starting position, press down on the ground with both hands and knees, and round your back so that your eyes are looking into the navel.
Return the rounded back to the starting position. It is OK if the muscles around your shoulder blades are stretched when you round your back.
This is a simple exercise, so try to do it 10-15 times a day!
