Initial consultation will be conducted by Saegusa or another physical therapist. If you have any medical information such as X-rays, MRI images, etc., please bring it with you so that we can create a rehabilitation menu based on joint function evaluation and motor function evaluation.
Using the exercise sheet, you will be able to check the necessary exercises and perform them at home while watching videos.
Hands-on Manual Therapy
If there is a joint movement problem, joint mobilization is performed to improve joint movement. If there is a muscle stiffness problem, massage and stretching are performed to improve muscle movement.
Exercise Therapy
If there is a left-right difference in movement (standing up, standing on one leg, walking, etc.) or pain due to motor function, we will consider the cause of the left-right difference in movement and improve it through exercise to address the root cause.
Sports Rehabilitation
We provide services from acute to chronic phases, such as sprains, strains, ligament injuries, etc.
Based on the general protocol, we consider the root cause of the injury and incorporate it into the rehabilitation menu to enable early return to work.
Chronic Pain
Neck stiffness, stiff shoulders, back pain, and other pains can be caused by the autonomic nervous system or other factors.
Pain can also be caused by the autonomic nervous system, a misalignment of bodily functions (e.g., whether the head is firmly rotated on its axis), or by lifestyle-related physical habits.

Post-operative
Based on rehabilitation protocols for sports injuries such as anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, rotator cuff tear, joint replacement, and Achilles tendon rupture, we provide rehabilitation that takes into account the patient’s reason for the injury. By taking into consideration the reason for the injury, rehabilitation protocols can be implemented to ensure a safer and quicker return to work. It is also recommended for those who are not progressing well in their post-operative rehabilitation.
Home Visit
We provide home visits for those who are unable to come to our facilities due to physical function problems.
We aim to improve the quality of life by improving the function of those who are unable to come to our facilities for reasons such as poor balance, muscle weakness, poor neurological function, after surgery, after a stroke, etc.

Ultrasound Therapy
